Timeline and Events

Day 0

I created Project Belvedere as a paid networking service that other college students could use for recruiting and job placement.

Day 1 - 3

Offer creation.

Narrowing down the idea.

Client acquisition strategy.

Sent out mass emails to underclassman.

Put up posters around school w CTA.

Day 5

First paying customer.

Day 6

Meeting w Dean.

Day 7 - Checkpoint

Force passed checkpoint. Didn’t reach the initial first goal of 100 users by Day 7. Got to 31.

Allowed myself to keep going since this was the first time and 100 users in 7 Days was too aggressive.

Day 7 - 11

Meeting w students. No more soliciting. Completely free services.

Building with the intent of changing manual service into an automated AI one.

Learned how to build a full stack website.

Cleaned all of CU alumni (2,550 alum from 1974-2024).
